Carpet Steam Cleaning - Truckmounted Quality
Normally when someone considers getting their carpets cleaned, they think of trying to find a quality carpet cleaner. Most of the time people are looking for what’s called “truckmounted” or “truckmount” service. This is the industry standard and what most everyone knows to be the most thorough cleaning method. This is the method that “steams” or “steam cleans” you carpet. These truckmounted machines can cook the water up to a maximum of about 270 degrees, depending on what type of equipment it is the carpet cleaning technician or company may have.
There are so many different things a carpet cleaner can do to clean your carpet. Some mix the soap in with the same water they are supposed to be rinsing your carpet with making for tons of residue left behind on your carpet afterwards, while others might pre-condition the carpets first, to loosen up and dissolve dirt and grease in preparation for the steam extraction portion of your cleaning. Some companies even truckmounts that can’t get the water very hot or even maintain the right temperature for true steam which as approximately 205 to 215 degrees Fahrenheit. To truly kill bacteria and other pathogens, plus all the critters like fleas and dust mites that might be living in your carpet, the water must be boiling hot enough! There is no need to fear about the water being too hot to ruin your carpet as it is not staying down for prolonged periods of time and quickly cools after the initial wand stroke.
The most critical error that a technician could make when cleaning carpets is failing to pre-condition or pre-treat the carpet with the right cleaning agents. This is a critical step that many carpet cleaners fail to take, hence your carpets looking dingy and dirty afterwards. And if they are running soapy water through their truckmount systems, then you can bet that there will be loads of soapy, sticky residue left behind on your carpet afterwards!
Truckmount Steam Machines
Here’s another important point. Many times, the truckmount machines that many carpet cleaners use don’t seem to get the water truly hot enough to steam clean or extract correctly. Also, many times their machines aren’t very powerful either. When the water they are cleaning your carpet with is warm and the machine not powerful, your carpet tends to be left soaking wet and that’s why it takes 3 or 4 days to dry sometimes. With steam, the water evaporates helping an already powerful machine extract any minor amount of left over moisture, making for the potential to leave your carpet dry to the touch!
The work ethic also has to be there because even with hot steam and powerful technology, the carpet can be left more wet than normal if enough “dry passes” are not performed. Dry passes are made when the carpet cleaning wand is pushed over the carpet without injecting the hot water or steam into it. These passes are meant to extract as much moisture as possible before continuing on with the rest of the carpet. If a carpet cleaning technician lacks ethics and just speeds through your cleaning because they have a quota to meet and they want to be home by 5pm so they can drink it up a little with their buddies before the night is over, chances are the carpet will be left over wet, possibly soaked and you will end up being disappointed and dissatisfied.
Now For The Quality Cleaning
It really does take a quality carpet cleaning artist to do the job right. Someone who is dedicated to their clientele and cares more than someone who is an employee for a company who is trying to meet a quota. These kind of carpet cleaners are usually owner / operated and there are only a small handful of them in San Diego, California. Owner operator carpet cleaners in San Diego tend to have quality equipment and knowledge that the big companies don’t. They will employ extra state-of-the-art equipment for faster drying that most of the time will leave your carpet at least 97% dry by the time they leave. A lot of time they have extra cleaning agents that the big guys don’t, so when one of the other guys tells you that the spot just isn’t coming out, it’s because they don’t know about the special, top secret stuff!
But more importantly, the all around ethics are there especially when it comes to pricing or quoting a price. A quality San Diego carpet cleaner might quote you a price, over the phone that they stick with and they will tell you that if the price needs to change, it would have been due to the area sizes being bigger than quoted by you over the phone for example. Or sometimes, they may not even up the price and take care of you for the price that was quoted. That’s what an ethical quality carpet cleaning San Diego does!
All in all, if you’re tired of getting soaked, you’re tired of your carpet smelling like mold and mildew afterwards, your carpet dries flaky and crunchy from the toxic soup of soap and dirt that was mixed around while they “cleaned” your carpet before it dried! Some advice to consider would be not to go with a carpet cleaner that wants to charge you some lame low ball price just to get their foot in your door. Go with an owner operated quality carpet cleaning San Diego company that gives you the impression of trust before you make your decision.

Remove Purine Foods For Treatment Of Gout
Removing purine foods from your diet to achieve gout treatment success is a challenging thing to do. It’s going to take a determined mind set on your part to cut out the foods you love in order to gain control of your gout symptoms. If you’re going to succeed with reducing purine food intake, you ought to equip yourself for all the distinctive challenges which removing purine foods presents. After all, you will have to come to terms with the fact that you won’t be able to enjoy things like burgers, steaks, fries, shrimp, sausage, pizza, and other comfort foods for a while.
Let me describe to you what dealing with an acute attack on your joints is like before successful gout treatment takes place if you already didn’t know. You go to bed and sleep quietly until the wee morning hours when you are awakened by a pain so intense that doesn’t allow you to go back to sleep. Most commonly it usually engulfs the metatarsophalangeal joint of your big toe, also becoming stiff, but sometimes other parts of the leg like the ankle or other toes, the soles directly underneath the affected toes, the Achilles heel, the knee and can even attack a variety of other regions of your body. It’s confusing because the pain often times resembles that of a joint sprain, bone break, or even dislocated joint. A lot of times you might feel mild flu like symptoms like shivering or a chill, and/or a slight fever. It feels all around uncomfortable. The pain might be mild to start off with but, progressively grows more excruciating and piercing by the hour. It gets so bad that you can’t bare to have the lightweight sheets covering your foot anymore. They become too heavy and so do the blankets. You can’t even have a sock on the effected foot!
So, now that you recognize that you should be in the right mindset to remove purine foods from your diet, we can explore a few preliminary practices that someone removing purine foods will already be doing. Use this opportunity to absorb these specific practices into your decisions because this will make preparing to remove purine foods from your diet to be successful with your gout treatment much easier.
Here are some tips to start you off:
-- Drinking plenty of water
You should be doing this already regardless but if you aren’t, start now. The key to succeeding with gout treatment and symptoms removal is by removing purines from your diet, in an effort to reduce uric acid levels. This would also be reliant upon you to drink plenty of water to help your body flush it out, yet many gout sufferers do not recognize just how essential this really is! By drinking plenty of water. you will make certain that you're providing your body the means to flush itself out in an effort to take command of gout symptoms.
-- Researching a new diet
Consciously making the decision to remove purine foods is going to be a mental process. You have to come to terms with the fact that you absolutely cannot consume any purine rich eats or drinks until you have gotten your gout attack under control. You’re going to have to be positive and disciplined in your gout treatment tactics. Researching a new diet everyday will help you focus on realizing your goals. Carving time out of your busy schedule to research a new diet ensures that you will be prepared as soon as the moment comes to remove purine foods.
-- Changing dietary habits
Changing dietary habits is something that a person aiming to remove purine foods for effective gout treatment should practice. If you are already used to changing dietary habits, when it's time to reduce purine food intake, it will be a routine you do regularly.
Even if we will help you prepare for reducing purine food intake, you should understand that the types of foods associated with high amounts of purines tend to have higher amounts of fat and cholesterol in them, as well as sugars and calories. Foods that contain high fructose corn syrup in them like soda and concentrated juices, red meats and organ meats, shellfish, certain types of seafood, and some veggies moderately high in purines for example, would be good to avoid. You should realize that continuing on with a diet like this even after gaining control over your gout through proper gout treatment can be harmful to your health in other ways such as heart disease and diabetes.
The easiest way to make the decision as to if you are going to be able to carry forth this type of gout treatment or not would be to ask yourself three questions:
Would I be able to stop eating purine foods?
I wonder if I would be able to stop drinking soda for a while?
Can I do without drinking as much beer as I do for a while?
These should be the sort of obvious questions that anybody who hopes to be successful with removing gout should answer yes to. By answering these specific questions affirmatively, this means that you have the personality type that would succeed in removing those tasty and delicious purine foods from your gout diet, in order to acheive prope gout treatment results.

Gout Treatment Of Symptoms
I'd like to tell you about a personal experience I had with gout. The very first time I ever had a gout attack was at the age of 36 and it was agonizingly painful to say the least! It began to happen to me shortly after a time in my life when I experienced my first excruciatingly painful episode of passing kidney stones. I was a bit overweight and was working out intensely in the gym and had changed my diet to try to get my body into better shape. So one morning, I had woken up from what felt like was a good night's sleep and found that my big toe on my right foot was a little sore and kind of on fire.
I didn't really feel any real discomfort until I started walking though. It was kind of tender and I was rather confused asking myself, "did I sprain my toe somehow and didn't know about it?" Because honestly, I couldn't remember if I did but that's how it felt. As the day went on I found it ever increasingly difficult to walk using my right foot at all, because pain was becoming more fierce by the second it seemed! The tenderness of my entire big right toe, right down into the joint that connects the metatarsal to the phalanges became so painful and sensitive, that I couldn't even wear any sort of shoe let alone a sock! And by the time it reached it's peak of tenderness and piercing pain, I was literally walking around with my entire right foot coming down on it's very outer edge with all the pressure on the pinky toe and ankle because that's how searing painful it was. But, the minute I forgot and came down on that big toe again by accident was when I hit the floor in agony!
For the next couple of days, I set out on a trek to find out what was wrong with my toe and why it was in so much pain?? I was confused. I took some aspirin and that dulled the pain temporarily but experienced an eventual return in the pain. I tried hot showers and that seemed to help, again temporarily. So, the next day I set out to go see the doctor but before I finish telling you about the doctor visit, I just wanted to express to all of you that I found it absolutely impossible to have any blanket or sheet even covering my big toe whatsoever during sleep! That's how tender and sensitive it was. And, I like sleeping on my sides with one foot on top of the other and that was a hassle believe you me lol! So, the doctor took a look at my foot and immediately tells me that I'm having a gout attack. Excuse me?? Did you say gout, I asked...
Gout Caused By Uric Acid?
That's when he told me about the crystallized uric acid build up that causes gout in the joint that connects the big toe. He said that when the kidneys are having trouble excreting uric acid from the body, these tiny uric acid crystals can sometimes build up in the big toe joint of the foot or in the knee causing gout and when the crystals get built up too much, they start to act like a saw cutting through your joint tissue and that's why it gets so inflamed and tender. He told me that diet can also be a catalyst for the uric acid build up and most likely was. Nonetheless, he prescribed some medication for my gout. It was an 8 day course of gout treatment after which, I still had not clarified my issue completely! The pain began to return probably due to my diet because at this point, I still did not know that what I was eating and drinking was having the biggest and worst impact on my situation. Rather than go on another course of treatment through the doctor, I figured I would look into finding a natural gout treatment simply because the medication that the doctor had prescribed to me had the potential for liver damage!
Someone I knew recommended I look into this vitamin supplements and herbal remedies book they had, to see if it had a gout treatment in it. I figured I'd give it a shot. So, we looked up gout remedies and it told us what it called for to treat it naturally. I went to my local natural food store almost immediately and bought everything the remedy called for in the book. I gave those particular "ingredients" about a week to see what kind of effect they would have on my gout symptoms and to no surprise, ended up not working. Whether it was going to work or not was another story and I did not want to wait around to find out because my toe was steadily climbing the pain ranks again and felt like it was going to spontaneously combust at any moment!
My gout pain got so bad at a point in time, that I literally wanted to take a saw and just cut my foot off! The pain was so intense that I started to feel it in the entire lower foot region. My Throbbing Toe & Foot On Fire! So, I decided to start doing some research on the internet to find a good natural gout treatment or cure. It didn't take me long to find a remedy. I read up on it, along with a variety of other remedies on how to treat gout naturally. But there was something about this product that I found that struck me in a positive way and made me want to give it a shot and purchase it! You know how when you're hesitant or reluctant to try something new or spend the money on something you don't know what the outcome will be like? Well, there was none of that there for me! Plus, it was the only original gout formula available at the time.
Effective Treatment Was On The Way
Once the formula arrived, I read the instructions that it came with and immediately started the course of gout treatment. No bad side effects whatsoever and I experienced relief of symptoms inside of 7 days! I stayed with the gout treatment for about 3 months solid and finished all the bottles, just to make sure I knocked the gout out in its entirety. I drank a ton of water with it because that's what it calls for. That was an interesting change I had to make from all the soda I was used to drinking! Trust me, I almost drowned myself with the amount of water I was drinking!!
The only side effects I experienced while taking this particular gout treatment was what felt to be more like an activated set of kidneys. It felt a bit weird because I don't think they'd been working properly for a while! All in all, I'm thankful for this natural gout treatment advantage and the benefits it provides. You want to know something interesting? For some strange reason now, when I go in to see my doctor for a check up and he calls for blood work, the results come back stating that my liver is functioning perfectly?? There was a time in my life when my liver was producing 3 times the amount of enzymes it should've been due to my fatty diet, plus having high Triglycerides. After learning of this, I changed my gout diet to a healthier one, but like a lot of people do, I didn't stick to it and reverted back to a diet higher in fat. Funny thing is when my doctor calls for new blood work again after being on this natural supplementation for gout, the results come back perfect? I guess there's an ingredient in there that benefits you this way. Beautifully functioning liver like a child would have! A plus benefit for sure!

Diet linked to causing your gouty arthritis pain for the last 2000 years?
There has been an association between gout and diet for a long time. Gout or “gouty arthritis” is the oldest known type of arthritis dating back to at least 2,500 years ago. But, the association between gout and the production of uric acid has only been known since the 1800s. Suggestions that purine rich foods, most often found in protein sources such as red meat have been responsible for the increase gout symptoms. It became known as the “disease of kings” or “rich man’s disease” because of the consumption of foods and alcoholic beverages rich in purines, a lifestyle only wealthy people had access to. Although purines are natural substances made by the body, they are also found in many foods that cause gout, especially animal protein sources. Purines are then converted to uric acid, however it can build up in the joints in the form of sharp crystals if not enough is eliminated and can cause painful episodes.
Diet has proven to be a key factor in the recurrence of gout flares. I’ve personally found that an acute gout attack can be brought on by dietary consumption of shellfish, red meat, beer, high fructose concentrated sugar drinks, and specific vegetable sources such as spinach and cauliflower for example. These are what are considered to be purine rich food and drink sources. A gout diet is a nutritional routine that includes eating foods low in purines to help reduce the occurrence and severity of gout attacks caused by high levels of uric acid that your body has a difficult time excreting.
Avoiding purine-rich foods is only one element of gout treatment.
Often, so many people make the mistake of carrying on as usual after the pain symptoms and inflammation of a gout flare or attack have subsided, not knowing or realizing that much of the uric acid crystallization is still there in and around the joint tissue. Just because the pain is gone doesn’t mean you are free of gout!
NSAID’s (Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) taken to combat pain and bring down swelling tend to do a great job this way. But, they simply do not remove the underlying cause of a gout flare, which is the uric acid crystal formations in and around your affected joints. These sharp needle-like crystals must be removed in order for them to stop silently and stealthily damaging your joints, let alone forcing you to have to suffer through horrible bouts of pain that will continue to come with acute gout attacks in the future if not removed.
Your kidneys are the ones that need a gout fighting boost!
It’s not “your body” that is having a difficult time excreting uric acid. It is in fact your kidneys that are having a difficult time with excreting uric acid from your body. When your kidneys don’t function correctly in the ways of excreting uric acid from your body, they simply cannot contend with the extra challenge of the consumption of purine rich foods, sugar drinks, and alcoholic beverages.
Following a healthy, balanced low purine gout diet which includes drinking plenty of H2O to flush uric acid from your body. Exercise is important to take into consideration in maintaining a healthy weight. Avoid crash diets and fasting as these can also cause your body to build up uric acid. Keeping stress levels to a minimum is also an essential key factor in maintaining healthy uric acid levels. You should see your doctor to at least find out what condition you are in. Long term gout sufferers may have fallen victim to kidney damage, as well as joint destruction so it is important to know where you are at health wise.
If you know a thing or two about dangerous, harmful side effects that prescription gout medications come with, just know there is a phenomenal natural treatment available to you that works better than any potentially harmful synthetic drugs.
You should find out more about what gout is to help you set the tempo for success in eliminating your gout symptoms and occurrences forever!
